These conditions govern the use of the tracyloop.com site and the Tracy platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
Tracy is a product of Greencode Software SRL, incorporated in Argentina.
Tracy is a platform of artificial intelligence agents for commercial networks: it connects your operation's information and lets you query and run it in natural language.
The features available depend on the plan you have and on how your organization is configured.
You need an account to use the platform. You can create one with your email or with your Google or Microsoft account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as you notice unauthorised use.
If you sign in on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these conditions.
When using Tracy you agree to:
Agent usage is paid for with prepaid credits. When you buy them you see the current price before confirming the purchase.
Credits are drawn down as you use the agents and have no value outside the platform.
The agents produce their answers automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are an aid to your work, not professional advice nor a decision in themselves.
Before acting on sensitive information, whether commercial, accounting, legal or security related, check the result. The decision, and the responsibility for it, remain yours.
The data you upload or connect to the platform remains yours. We process it to provide the service, under the terms of the Privacy policy.
The platform, its software, its brand and its documentation belong to Greencode Software SRL. These conditions do not transfer any rights over them to you beyond using the service.
We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control.
We may change or discontinue features. When the change is significant, we give reasonable notice.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.
You can stop using the service whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaches these conditions.
If we change these conditions, we update the date in the header and, when the change is significant, we announce it.
These conditions are governed by the laws of Argentina, and any dispute is submitted to its competent courts.
